MASJID POLICIES

EVENTS POLICY

The Islamic Center of San Diego - East County (ICSD-EC) will be thrilled to host any of your events. Here is our events policy.
Please make sure to follow our rules.

You need to let us know 2-3 weeks before your event.
You need to get your own volunteers to be in charge of the two gates, organize the traffic and to watch the kids during the events in the masjid.
If the event is taking place outside in our parking lot, your tables should be SET UP at the end of the parking lot near the fence on the side of the alley.
If you are going to conduct registrations during the event, the registrations tables must be outside in the parking lot by Wendy’s fence.
The overall sitting of the event must be approved by the masjid representative, please feel free to visit us ahead of the event day.
Please bring your own chairs, tables and canopies.
Please prepare your flyer, add our logo, and share it with us to be approved by the Masjid before posting it.
Please take pictures of the event and share it with us to post them on our website and our social media.
No food or drinks inside the Masjid at all.
Trash is your responsibility, you have to clean the Masjid before leaving, if our pin is full you have to take your trash with you.
The masjid has the right to allow more than one organization to have their events at the Masjid on the same date.

TABLING POLICY

The Islamic Center of San Diego - East County (ICSD-EC) will be thrilled to have you table at the center anytime. Here is our tabling policy.
Please make sure to follow our rules.

You need to let us know 2-3 weeks before your tabling day.
If you are tabling on a Friday, you have to be at the Masjed at 11:00 AM to set up.
You are allowed to set up your table only in the place assigned to you by the Masjid administration office.
You have to stop everything you’re doing 5 MINUTES before each Khutbah starts; NO BUSINESS DURING THE KHUTBAHS.
We have Four Khutbahs, please let us know if you are planning to table for all Four Khutbahs or some of the Khutbahs only.
Please bring your own chairs, tables, and canopies.

FATIHA/AZA'A POLICY

The Islamic Center of San Diego - East County (ICSD-EC) will be honored to host your Fatiha/Aza’a. Here is our Fatiha/Aza’a policy.
Please make sure to follow our rules.

We can host your Fatiha/Aza’a Monday thru Thursday from 12:30pm-3pm summer time, 11:30am-2pm winter time OR between Maghrib and Ishaa every day EXCEPT Fridays.
No food or drinks inside the Masjid EXCEPT water and dates. Food is allowed ONLY if it’s to go.
No speakers or microphones allowed.
Men & Women need to dress Islamically.
